解决GitHub网络波动严重

1：在 https://www.ipaddress.com/ 网站查询以下3个域名的 IP：

• github.com
• github.global.ssl.fastly.net
• codeload.github.com

2：将域名和查到的 IP组装成以下格式添加到hosts文件中（修改 IP）：

# Windows的hosts地址：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

# Mac/Linux的hosts地址：/etc/hosts

140.82.112.4 github.com
199.232.5.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net
140.82.112.9 codeload.github.com

3、测试或使用：

Windows下

在 cmd 中输入ipconfig /flushdns （清除dns缓存使新的生效）：

测试：ping github.com

Linux下：

/etc/init.d/networking restart
